Business Software Products explicitly discourages sending SPAM i.e. unsolicited commercial e-mail messages. We explicitly object mentioning our software or our web site in such messages. Our software products are provided for carrying out exclusively LEGITIMATE e-mail distributions.

Using our products for spreading out SPAM violates the terms of the user's license agreement. Business Software Products reserves the right to suspend validity of the registration codes, cease technical support and other services should our products be found used for distributing SPAM.

Please keep in mind that by sending out SPAM you harm you business' image and as well, in many cases, you may face additional problems with your hosting and Internet access provider.
